In group of men who exercised regularly, three quarters (76 per cent) of the men believed their partner was completely satisfied. This figure dropped to just 56 per cent in the group of sedentary men, according to the research published in the Urology Journal. In an analysis of the duration the men lasted, none of those in the exercising group experienced what is defined as premature ejaculation. Researchers from New England Research Institutes, Massachusetts in 2000 found that those who take part in daily exercise of less than 200 calories a day have been associated to having erectile dysfunction.
