The red and yellow cards used by the referee are a very important part of soccer games. These sanctions available can be brandish based on various infractions made by the players, coaches or members of the technical staff of the teams. Of course, it should be noted that the fines that are paid are very different depending on the card that is shown. Let’s compare LaLiga, regulated by the Spanish football federation RFEF, and the Champions League, under the control of UEFA.

“In professional competitions, the reprimand sanction for directors, soccer players, coaches and assistants will carry, for the club in question, an additional fine in the amount of 180 euros when it comes to teams attached to the First Division, and 90 euros in the case of teams attached to the Second Division. The suspension sanction will entail a fine amounting to 350 euros, in the case of teams assigned to the First Division, and of 200 euros in the case of teams assigned to the Second Division. Division, for each match or month it covers”.

In case of serious offences, the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body is entitled to augment this punishment, including by extending it to other competitions.”

Founded in 2006, The Lambs exists to create openings for boys to showcase their rugby skills at a representative level when they have been unable to do so due to other commitments or lack of selection opportunities.

The freedom to express talent, unfettered by league results and structured 'coaching', leads to a style of play which excites players, their parents and supporters of the game.

The Lambs was set up to promote traditional rugby values and a 'Corinthian' spirit as our style: this is to play unreserved 'heads up' running rugby in a fast and expansive style, which is player rather than coach-led.
