No, absolutely not. The same goes for any casino in Las Vegas and even for slot machines at the airport. While casinos elsewhere generally take the attitude that if you can pass for 21 and they aren't required by law to have a doorman, it's just more money in their pocket, Vegas decidedly does not and Circus Circus takes security just as seriously as the high roller casinos like the Bellagio.
