-Tight forwards by providing a good platform in set plays (controlling the lineouts and scrum angles and beating opposition to rucks in 2nd phase) -By having other players replace us when we are out of play (tight 5 doing the job of a flank until he has returned to play) -The backline by communicating with us, providing us with good targets and acting as loose forwards (slowing the ball down, stealing it, marking the fringes ect) until we arrive -Openside and 8th man by supporting me when I get to the ball 1st

-By doing the basics (perfectly)

-By my work rate and mobility around the field

-By filling in my performance charts- reaching my performance goals
