The range of markets they have available is second to none and the operation can be considered ‘state of the art’ when compared to other online bookmakers. They regularly pioneer new industry developments and smash it out of the part when it comes to live streaming, in-play betting and their mobile app. This means your money is as safe as it can be with them and you can have confidence they pay out on winning bets . Welcome to the Cheeky Punter review of Bet365. Before we dive into the full details I’d just like to personally recommended Bet365 to both UK and worldwide players. They have been given a 5 star rating in our bookmaker reviews section which means that they are one of a small group of online bookmakers who we consider rock solid.

Deposits & Withdrawals at Bet365 Easy to get money on and off

For obvious reasons Bet365 are keen to make it as easy as possible for punters to move money into and out of their accounts. They do a good job of both and when compared to some of the smaller or newer online bookmakers actually offer way more options on this front. Being versatile and make life easy for punters is important to scoring a high review ranking at Cheeky Punter and once you check out what Bet365 offer on this front I’m sure you’ll be impressed.

How To Deposit Money To Bet365?

I found getting money into Bet365 easy, quick and simple. They accept a range of major debit and credit cards as well as various different e-wallets and online payment options. All my deposits were free of charge and most processed instantly. Limits ranged depending on what deposit method I went for. I was able to pull up full list of deposit options by visiting the Bet365 website and scrolling to the foot of the page. I then selected ‘Payments’ if on desktop or if on mobile ‘Bet365 FAQ’ and then clicked the ‘Payments’ tab. From here I could then select my country and currency to see what options were available – I went with using my debit card.

How To Withdraw Money From Bet365?

To be able to withdraw from Bet365 all I had got to do was head on over to the ‘My Account’ section. Here I found a link for withdrawals. After clicking I selected my method of withdrawal (debit card as that was my deposit method) and the amount I wanted to cash out. Simply clicking on the withdraw button then actioned the withdrawl back to my account. Obviously you’ll need enough money in your account to cover the amount you have requested to withdraw.

How Long Does It Take To Withdraw From Bet365?

Similarly to how I was able to pull up a list of deposit options at Bet365 (using the ‘Payments’ link at the foot of the homepage or via the FAQs on mobile) I was also able to switch tabs and show withdrawal options and timescales. These range from 1-5 days depending on method with some options taking less than 24 hours to process. Your options will depend on the currency and country you are playing from. Min and max withdrawal amounts are also listed here with the majoirty of options requiring a minimum of £5 to withdraw. Note: I used a debit card and the money was back in my bank account then day after requesting to withdraw it.

Customer Service at Bet365 Lots of different options

As one of the biggest online betting sites you’d expect Bet365 to have it down when it comes to their customer support and in my experience they do. I’ve used and would recommend the following methods: 24/7 Live Chat – I’m a big fan of the live chat support available at Bet365 and have used it quite a few times successfully. Often operators were available instantly, otherwise a couple of minutes wait is all I was faceed with, it’s nice to have a real human ready to respond to queries. Email Support – another option I’ve tested is to email the customer service department at Bet365 and wait for a response to my question via email. My questions sent in via email were usually responded too within a couple of hours (but it does obviously depend on how busy they are). If you can’t wait for a reply then I recommend live chat as a better option.

Telephone – I’ve also used the telephone support option available at Bet365. It was a simple process of gust giving them a call, waiting in line and when I got through help was at hand. Tip: it’s often a good idea to have your account info ready if you’re question relates to account activity as this was requested. Post – if you really want to Bet365 also provide a contact address you can use to get in touch via post. I haven’t tried it and can’t see any reason I’d need it but it’s there if you think you might. I found all these support options by visiting the Bet365 website -> scrolling to the bottom of the page and finding the help section then selecting the ‘contact us’ link.

Review of Bet365 Website Mobile app & desktop website

Is Bet365 easy to use? 10 | 10 State of the art betting app

Quick & easy navigation

Intuitive bet slip

Great option for beginners Open an account at Bet365! T&C’s apply , 18+, New customers only. One of the great things about Bet365, and one of the biggest reasons they get such a high review score, is the fact that the site is very easy to use on both mobile and desktop.

Bet365 Mobile Review

If you ever bother to take a look at the app store reviews of Bet365 you’ll see they hoover around a 3 out of 5-star rating. Usually that would set alarm bells ringing for me and I’d look for an alternative option however if you dive deeper into what players are saying you’ll see that the vast majority of the bad reviews are unhappy punters who have lost money… ironically some even compliment the app when it comes to usability but still score it badly overall. In reality you’ll struggle to find an app which serves punters better when it comes to navigation and actually being able to place a bet. You’ll find all the most popular upcoming events featured on the app home screen, a button to show all the current offers (something I particularly like), the option to filter by sport, in-play only markets and even to search the entire app for quick access to your chosen event. Couple the above with the option to hit the ‘My Bets’ button to track what your current positions are, and you’ve got an intuitive betting solution which is well suited to both beginners and seasoned punters. It’s quick, easy and quite frankly miles ahead of many of its competitors.

Bet365 Desktop Review

The desktop version of the Bet365 website shares many of the apps design features but as you’ve got a much bigger window to work with, you’ll find the location of different menus adjusted: All sports are listed down the side of the website which makes for quick and easy switching between markets. The offers link is just above the sports menu making it prominent and quick to access. The In-Play tab is on a top and centre menu along with the My Bets button. Essentially though you’ve got the exact same functionality just in a bigger window. In all honesty it’s probably a little slower to move around than the app and to start with the amount of info on the screen can be a bit daunting but after having a click around for a few minutes I was fully up to speed with how it worked and impressed with how quick it ran.

How To Join Bet365

Joining Bet365 is quick and easy – you can get your account set up in just a few minutes if you follow the same steps I took: Visit Bet365 using this link and click ‘Log In’ then ‘Join’ if on mobile or just got straight for the ‘Join’ button if using your computer. Use the form provided to supply your details and choose a username/password. Create your four-digit security number which you’ll use to verify your identity when talking to customer support. Leave the ‘Bonus Code’ field blank as you’ll automatically get the best possible bonus when you sign up (I’m not sure why they bother with this box as it’s a bit confusing). Hit the ‘Join Now’ button and you’re good to go!

Markets & Odds at Bet365 Great depth of markets

What sports can you bet on at Bet365? 10 | 10 Massive range of sports

Great for football

Great for horse racing

Live streaming service Open an account at Bet365! T&C’s apply , 18+, New customers only. Right lets dive into the juicy part and take a look at the different markets that are on offer. There are simply too many sports to list when it comes to betting options with markets from all over the globe. The type of sports you’ll find are things like:

American Football

Aussie Rules

Baseball

Basketball

Boxing

Cricket

Cycling

Darts

eSports

F1

Golf

Greyhound Racing

Horse Racing

Ice Hockey

Motor Racing

Rugby

Snooker

Soccer

Tennis

UFC

Basically Bet365 offer a heck of a lot of sports options to their punters. They got some really obscure stuff on there which you won’t find at other online bookmakers and they’ve got a mass of different options on popular sports such as Football, Cricket, Tennis and Horse Racing. All the sports you can bet on at Bet365 are listed on their website or app and their new improved interactive platform allows you to quickly pull up odds on any sport into the main screen area whenever you want. I’ve always found the platform Bet365 use is super quick and load times for all markets are virtually non existent. In my opinion they’ve also got one of the biggest and best In-Play sections around.

Is live betting offered at Bet365? 10 | 10 Best live bookmakers

Great bet & watch service

Scores, stats & graphics

Loads of bets & markets Open an account at Bet365! T&C’s apply , 18+, New customers only. No Bet365 review would be complete without a look at the In-Play suite Bet365 provide to all their punters… Don’t worry before you ask yes they do cover more matches than those listed above (that’s just what’s available right now) – in fact the vast majority of the markets offered at Bet365 are turned in-play. From my experience Bet365 have the widest range of in-play odds and markets you’ll find anywhere on the web. To see what’s available just hit any ‘In-Play’ link or button on the Bet365 website and you’ll get to where you need to be. In my opinion another top feature is the way you can favourite different markets in their live section. This sticks your chosen market to the top of the screen so you can see what’s happening without too much scrolling. I just clicked the star next to any market I wanted to add to my favourites and it was listed before the rest. A top quality feature, simple, yet very effective! I’m also a big fan of the live scores and match stats in the In-Play section at Bet365, very handy for staying up to date with what’s going on live in the event. The stats provided are actually pretty in-depth, I’ve found the bigger the event the more are available, and great for things like team form or head to heads. Anyone doing a review of Bet365 looking at their In-Play options would be impressed and on top of all the features mentioned above you can even watch some events live via the In-Play section as well – this is a bet and watch service. You need a funded account or to have placed a bet in the last 24 hours to watch and geo restrictions do apply.

Bet365 Live Streaming Review

A massive range of sporting events are now streaming live at Bet365 thanks to their impressive live streaming service – it’s one of the things I like best about their site. The service is available to anyone who has a funded account with Bet365 or who has placed a bet in the last 24 hours (geo restrictions do apply). You can get access to most streams if you meet the above criteria but if it’s horse racing then you must have bet a minimum of 50p on the race to watch.

What Sports Are Streamed On Bet365?

You can use the guide below to see what’s on and coming soon (click the sports box to change your sport): Remember geo restrictions apply and you need a funded account or bet in the last 24 hours to view. If you look at the live streaming schedule you’ll see that there are live events on most days at Bet365 and I love the fact you can now access streams via the in-play suite which means you can watch and see the odds on screen at the same time. I was able to access live streaming on both my desktop and mobile device. I know this particular review hasn’t really found any negatives so far but when you look at the in-play suite it just can’t be rivalled by any other bookmaker that offers users the safety and security that Bet365 do. You’ll love it.
