WHAT IS A SYSTEM BET?

System bets, also known as Round Robin, are pre-set wager types that contain a series of bets. This type of bet allows you to place multiple combinations of bets, for the same amount, all at one time. As soon as you have entered at least three or more picks (up to eight), you can place a system bet. The number of possible system bets depends on the number of predicted outcomes. The main difference between parlays and system bets is that when system betting, you can win even if not all of your selected combinations are correct. Note that the amount of possible winnings displayed when you place your bet shows what you would win if all your combinations were correct. The more correct picks you have in your system bet, the higher the winnings. If you fail to meet the system criterion, you lose the bet. There are two types of system bets available on Proline+. The difference between a type 1 and type 2 system bet, is that the type 2 system bet DOES NOT contain singles and DOES NOT contain a parlay combination of all the teams selected. The chart below lists all of the type 1 bets available on Proline+. It includes how many different selections are required (Picks column), how many total wagers are made within the system bet (Wager column), and how many different types of bets are placed with the combination (breakdown of wagers). TYPE 2

For Type 2 System Bets, you will see them listed on the site as “System 2/3” “System 2/4” “System 2/5” etc. The 2 indicates the number of teams to include in the parlay combinations. The 3, 4, or 5 indicates the number of teams you are creating two pick parlays from.
