Why can't I withdraw my balance when using a bonus?

You’ll be able to withdraw your winnings only after you have met the bonus wagering requirement. Depending on the bonus, your deposit amount, bonus amount or winnings (if any) can be restricted to a specific product, sport, sports league, game or group of games. If you fail to meet the wagering requirement by the bonus expiry date, the bonus amount and the winning amount (if any) will be taken back. Wagering requirements may be measured in BetMGM Rewards Points, money wagered, or raked hands in poker. For example, if you receive a $20 bonus with a 2x wagering requirement, you'll need to wager twice your bonus amount. So in this case, $40 must be wagered before the bonus amount is released and available for withdrawal. Always be sure to read the the promo/bonus terms and conditions to fully understand how they work.
