There are two types of Bonuses available on Betfair Bingo:

Bingo Bonus, which you can spend on all bingo rooms.

Games Bonus, which you can use on the Bingo side games.

A Betfair Bingo bonus is a set amount of money which can be awarded by Betfair Bingo, which you can use to buy Bingo tickets with. They can be awarded as a sign-up bonus, you can cash in loyalty points for them, or they could be a prize or bonus given at any time. A Games bonus is a set amount of money which can be awarded by Betfair Bingo, which you can use to play on the side games and/or multiplayer slots. Games bonuses are awarded in a similar way to Bingo bonuses. Bonus funds are a way of letting you play Bingo/Side Games on us, with a chance to win real money. Bonus funds will generally have a wagering requirement attached to them, which will be specified at the time your bonus is awarded. This means that you will need to wager your bonus a specified number of times before you can withdraw any of your winnings. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable. Until you have completed the specified wagering requirement, any winnings you make will be held as ‘pending winnings’. If your Bonus reaches its expiry date (which is usually after 30 days) it will be removed from your account.

What are wagering requirements?

A wagering requirement is a multiplier that represents the number of times you have to play though a bonus before you are eligible to cash out any winnings. For example: I am given a £20 Bingo bonus with a 4x wagering requirement. This means I need to spend £80 on any Bingo rooms, before I can withdraw any pending winnings gained. Any winnings you make whilst playing on a game or category (cash or bonus stake) with outstanding wager requirements will be stored in a pending balance until you meet the wager requirement. You cannot withdraw cash from your pending balance. You will be able to spend those pending funds to work down the wager requirement in the meantime. To release any pending funds you have to your cash balance cash you must work down the entire wager requirement for the applicable bonus. Once you have done that, all funds stored in the pending balance for that bonus will be released to your cash balance. If you still have bonus funds in the bonus then all subsequent winnings from those bonus funds will be paid to your cash balance.

Where can I view the status of my bonus?

You are able to view all of your bonuses, information on any associated wager requirement and your progress towards meeting that requirement from the Bingo Lobby, under Account>History followed by ‘My Bonus Funds’.

What does +450 mean in odds?

If the odds are minus (–), then that amount of money must be wagered to win $100. (e.g. –150 means you must bet $150 to win $100.) If the odds are plus (+), that amount of money would be earned on a successful $100 wager. (e.g. +150 means you make $150 on a $100 wager.)

What does "plus" and "minus" mean in sports betting?

What does plus and minus mean in sports betting?

What does "plus" and "minus" mean as a sports betting term?

Odds expressed in terms of money, with $100 being the standard. If the odds are minus (–), then that amount of money must be wagered to win $100. (e.g. –150 means you must bet $150 to win $100.) If the odds are plus (+), that amount of money would be earned on a successful $100 wager. (e.g. +150 means you make $150 on a $100 wager.) Money line is also sometimes referred to as “American Odds.” The standard (and often implied) number is –110, meaning a successful bet of $110 would net $100 profit. This is the “juice” or “vigorish” (aka “vig”) for the house or sportsbook. Assuming equal bets on both sides, the house has a built-in 10 percent cut of the action, regardless of the outcome of a particular sporting event. This juice is a way to discourage gamblers from wagering on a heavy favorite. If the Golden State Warriors are listed at –500 to win the NBA championship, a successful $500 wager would only net $100. On the flip side, the plus-minus juice can also encourage gamblers to wager on a longshot. If the Los Angeles Lakers are a +500 to win the NBA championship, a successful $100 bet would net $500.
