It’s all about making the name an easy fit for little lips. “I am Grammy Pammy,” said Pamela Okolowicz. “My daughter started it with the kids because it rhymed with my name.” With their daughter in Virginia and their son in Pennsylvania, Okolowicz and her husband moved to southern Delaware to be equidistant to both families.
